The junior machine in our line, built to the same high quality standards as the big brothers. Two razor sharp knives are mounted on a vertical dovetail slide. Operation of the hand lever makes a 90º notch (two 45º mitre cuts).On small mouldings this completes the mitre joint.Although "the junior" this is a very powerful and quick machine, over 400 window beads per hour can be achieved. On larger mouldings ¼ to ½ " is added to each length so that individual finishing cuts can be made on each member of the mitre joint.

Carpenters
Mitres most mouldings used in light construction 2 ¼ " door and window trim. 4" skirting, window beading, door stop and many more. Adjustable fences take care of the "out of square" joints frequently encountered. It's lightweight (only 36lbs). Makes it easy to move from job to job.
