This machine is designed for the high volume professional picture framer or large joinery manufacturer and reduces operator fatigue to a minimum. The air cylinder gives a smooth and very powerful cutting stroke but with complete safety to the operator whose hands must be on the air buttons whilst the blades cut. The standard right hand table extension gives a measuring capacity of 42", but longer extensions are available, graduated in millimetres and inches. These graduations are the width of the extension arm and parallel to the right hand blade and automatically read the glass/picture size, removing the need to calculate the frame size. An adjustable length stop is included. It has the same horizontal cross slide system as the model 110/86 thus providing successive 90º notch cuts. next
